Our website is intended for bird enthusiasts and professionals aged 18+ who purchase avian care products for personal or professional use. By using our site, you confirm you meet these requirements.

All content on this website (text, images, logos, product designs) is the property of Bird Supply Shop and protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

2. Product Information

2.1 Product Descriptions

We take care to accurately describe our avian products (including accessories, cages, anti-parasitic treatments, and specialized nutrition). However, slight variations in color or packaging may occur. Product images are for illustrative purposes.

2.2 Product Use

Our products are designed for avian care. You agree to:

• Use all medications and treatments (Anti-bactériens, Anti-poux, Antiparasites) strictly as directed
• Consult an avian veterinarian when appropriate
• Keep products away from children and non-target animals

3. Orders and Payments

3.1 Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse orders that appear fraudulent or exceed reasonable personal use quantities.

3.2 Pricing and Payment

We accept: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes. You authorize us to charge the full amount upon order confirmation.

3.3 Order Changes/Cancellations

Requests must be made within 2 hours of ordering by emailing [email protected]. We cannot modify orders already in processing.

4. Shipping Policy

4.1 Processing Time

Orders process within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). You’ll receive tracking information via email.

4.2 Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): DHL/FedEx, 10-15 business days
• Free Shipping (Orders >$50): EMS, 15-25 business days

Note: We cannot ship to all Asian regions and remote locations. Delivery times may vary internationally.

4.3 Delivery Responsibilities

Once shipped, you become responsible for the package. Report damaged/missing shipments within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

Most unused, resalable items in original packaging may be returned within 15 days of delivery. Include your order number.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For health reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened Anti-bactériens/PH neutre products
• Anti-poux treatments
• Anti-parasites medications
• Opened Alimentation products

5.3 Return Process

2. Await return authorization
3. Ship items securely with original packaging

Customers bear return shipping costs unless the error was ours.

5.4 Refunds

Refunds process within 3-5 business days (credit cards) or 7-10 days (bank transfers) after we receive and inspect returns. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Limitations of Liability

Bird Supply Shop shall not be liable for:

• Incorrect product use or application
• Shipping delays beyond our control
• Minor product variations from website images
• Consequential damages from product use

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the product’s purchase price.

7. General Provisions

7.1 Governing Law

These terms are governed by Arizona state laws. Disputes shall be resolved in Mesa, AZ courts.

7.2 Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
